QuarkAlliance & Quark Promote output provider programs (US only membership)

Quark Promote is an online service that enables customers — typically small- to medium-sized business — to shop for print jobs online. Quark Promote understands that these types of businesses generally do not have a design or copy-writing staff. We provide the customer with thousands of templates — complete with industry-specific, well-written marketing copy to help the customer get started. Quark Promote customers may choose from two different types of output: receive their prints-by-mail within ten business days or go to their neighborhood output provider and pick up the job within three business days. QuarkAlliance output provider program (worldwide membership)

As a service bureau or print provider, it's important that you always have the latest version of software to accommodate your customer's files. By joining QuarkAlliance, you can keep current with the latest software, access first-line technical support, and more. Keeping up with the multitude of software versions and features that customers are using is a never-ending task for an output provider, but through a QuarkAlliance™ membership you receive the tools you need to keep current, qualify for the best discounts, and make sure your software runs smoothly. Other QuarkAlliance programs (worldwide membership)

In addition to the output provider programs listed above, there are six other member and partner programs within QuarkAlliance™: associations, book authors, technology providers, training providers, XTensions developers, and solutions partners. Each program is made up of key market influencers or companies and individuals who have a need for a higher level of support and interaction with Quark.

Our programs include industry associations whose membership represents strength in numbers, book authors who lay the groundwork for early adoption, training providers who enable you to efficiently and effectively deploy our software and develop workflow solutions, technology providers who provide software and hardware products that are used by customers in a Quark workflow, XTensions developers who provide high-end production and workflow solutions that customize a user’s work experience, and solutions partners who build, install, train, and support a Quark-software installation and deployment. Within the program, there are, in most cases, two tiers. A basic or community level, and a premier or authorized partner level.
